🏠 Service Lead – Flooring Installation Operations

MP Contract Flooring is a full-service flooring installation company serving new home builders, and we're looking for an organized, motivated Service Lead to join our team!

🔨 What You'll Do

• 📞 Coordinate with builders, homeowners, installers, and coworkers to resolve service issues
• 📅 Schedule installers and service appointments
• ✅ Track service orders from request through completion
• 📦 Monitor orders and material status
• 💬 Keep builders and homeowners updated
• 🧾 Review and approve installer invoices
• 💻 Handle invoicing and order entry
• 📲 Manage service activity using HeyPros and other industry software
• 🎯 Follow up on open items and make sure nothing falls through the cracks

🏗️ Experience in flooring, construction, homebuilding, scheduling, installation coordination, operations, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $20-$23/hr
