General Floor Industries, a well-established and respected flooring distributor, is looking for a dependable, energetic, and hardworking Driver's Helper with a CDL Class B license to join our Bellmawr, NJ distribution team! This isn't your typical driving job! We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and helping get the job done right.
Your primary role will be assisting our drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering flooring products to our branch locations throughout the tri-state area. You'll also have the opportunity to put your CDL Class B license to work by driving our company trucks when needed.

📦 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Driver's Helper, you'll be an important part of keeping our deliveries running smoothly and our branches stocked!
- 💪 Load and unload flooring materials from our 26-foot box trucks at our distribution center and branch locations.
- 🚛 Ride along with and assist our delivery drivers on daily routes throughout the tri-state area.
- 📦 Safely move, handle, and organize flooring products and supplies.
- 📋 Help verify delivery paperwork, warehouse transfers, and product quantities to ensure accuracy.
- 🤝 Work closely with drivers, warehouse associates, and branch teams to complete deliveries efficiently.
- 🚚 Operate company 26-foot box trucks when needed using your CDL Class B license.
- 🔍 Assist with required vehicle inspections and safety procedures.
- 🦺 Follow all company, DOT, and applicable OSHA safety guidelines.
- ⏰ Help keep deliveries on schedule while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude!
✅ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- 🚛 VALID CDL CLASS B LICENSE – REQUIRED!
- 💪 Ability and willingness to perform physically demanding work, including frequent loading, unloading, lifting, and moving flooring materials.
- 🌅 Dependable and ready for a 4:00 AM start time.
- 🤝 A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
- 🗣️ Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- 📋 Ability to read and understand delivery paperwork and warehouse transfers.
- 🦺 A strong commitment to safety and following procedures.
- ⏱️ Good time-management skills and a reliable work ethic.
- 🚚 Previous delivery, warehouse, or commercial driving experience is a plus!
